Social Research and Analysis

We conduct in-depth sociological studies to understand public opinion, community needs, and demographic trends, providing valuable insights for program design and policy development.

Development Projects and M&E

Our development work includes projects aimed at empowering communities, improving public services, and supporting sustainable economic growth. We collaborate closely with local stakeholders to ensure the relevance and sustainability of our initiatives.
Also ·we apply robust M&E methodologies to assess the effectiveness and impact of development programs. Our evaluations help stakeholders understand program outcomes, improve strategies, and achieve long-term objectives.

Social Projects Supporting Vulnerable Groups

We work extensively with vulnerable groups, particularly orphaned teenagers, through the Youth House network. Our social initiatives include projects in partnership with organizations such as Special Olympics, UNICEF, UNDP and others. We develop programs in media literacy and financial literacy for orphans. These projects are designed to empower young people, helping them gain essential life skills and build a brighter future.

Olga Sviridenko

Director

Olga has been managing our company for 16 years.
As a certified Project Manager, she carries out general management of all projects, but pays special attention to working with orphaned teenagers. She is the holder of an international certificate in the field of Development of an inclusive society for special children.
She is also certified as a trainer in budget advocacy.

Sergey Pizikov

Methodologist

Founder of the Foundation. Sociologist and economist.
Certified international trainer/expert/consultant in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and
Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA).

Nick Romanyuk

Data Manager, Psychologist

More than 30 successful business process reengineering cases. Certified trainer in projective psychodiagnostics.
Certified in SPSS, monitoring and evaluation of projects and programs.
